Suggestions: - In sweet recipes, ice cream or creams, - Preparations for dairy products, cakes, cookies and ganaches, - pancake batter, pastries, jams, compotes and also cocktails. You can sprinkle it on pies, fruit salads, baked apples or pears. You can also infuse Vanilla Powder in a liquid (milk, fruit juice, etc..) to flavour your creams, yoghurts, drinks, etc.. Dosage according to recipe: equivalence 1/2 teaspoon = 1 pod
