"Piment oiseau" chili 30% (note that on the Scoville scale, the "piment oiseau" chili is between 30,000 and 60,000 which is rated as “Torrid” in hotness)
Garlic 3%
Ginger 3%
Madagascar Pink bay 3%
Mediterranean salt 6%
French sunflower oil 49%
Spanish sherry vinegar reserve (2 years aging in wood) 6%
No preservatives or other chemical additives
The Fody Lahy Mena table chilli is easy to store, no refrigeration is necessary even after opening. However, we advise you to always put the lid back on after each use to keep its spiciness and fragrance.
The certificate of consumability for this product is valid until August 2024, and is issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Madagascar
