Obtaining:
Ginger essential oil is obtained by distilling freshly harvested rhizomes.
The rhizomes are crushed in order to obtain a paste which will be used as raw material for the distillation.

Premenstrual pain: dilute the essential oil of ginger in a vegetable oil and massage the concerned part. The massage must be carried out at the level of the bottom of the belly.
